I get home on the evening of a terrible day, long after the sun has gone down. I’ve had an accident at work, and on top of that I’ve been shortchanged. I’m finished, physically and mentally, and there’s nobody at home to lean on. Because the internet taught me that all women are bad. I don’t have friends either, because, again according to the internet, every relationship should be managed like a portfolio. Either you crush or you get crushed.
I’ve started seeing a lot of posts from blue-check accounts, from accounts claiming to be news pages, and from communities claiming to be men’s solidarity groups. These posts look like they’re about men’s problems. But they give every problem the same answer, and they offer nothing you could actually hold in your hand.
Why are men being pushed into loneliness?
Why do men always keep their troubles to themselves?
Why can’t men build healthy relationships?
Why do men die more often in workplace accidents?
The questions go on and on, but like I said, they don’t find a solution to any of them, and by giving the same answer every time, they send you after the wrong target.
The answer, as you can probably guess, is women. Yes, workplace accidents are apparently women’s fault. Crime rates are women’s fault. Economic problems are women’s fault. And it keeps getting more absurd. Under these posts, people have started quietly endorsing crimes like violence and harassment. The fact that nobody questions this nonsense, nobody calls it out, drives me up the wall.
“The economy is bad because women vote wrong!” Wow! Do men not vote?
You could get rid of these people with simple questions. Why aren’t you asking them?
Do you think they’re guiding you through the challenges of the modern world?
Then, as a man, you must have a happy life right now.
Are you happy?

Male-Pattern Loneliness
These accounts don’t care about men’s problems. What they offer isn’t a solution, it’s a product. They feed on male loneliness. Suicide, to them, is just data. Depression is just a meme. They spread disinformation with fake or misread numbers. That’s their “revenue stream.”
Funny thing — most of them have a blue check. Most of them have a book about this. a seminar. a coaching package. My You’re Not Enough! series had people just like them. Strange, isn’t it? The template never changes. You have a problem, and suddenly someone shows up with the air of a prophet. Says he has the solution. And because he loves you, he’s offering it to you at half price. GREAT!
In a male-dominated society, men are going through a lot. Doesn’t that strike you as odd? Clearly the problem isn’t women. It isn’t even about gender. The world is in permanent turmoil. Even the strongest countries are in crisis. Most of our problems are supposed to be solved by the people we elected to run things. But this internet nonsense redirects the anger somewhere else.
Men aren’t only getting lonelier in romantic relationships, but in friendships too, and that makes every other problem harder to solve. Other men get marked as “rivals” over the women we’re supposed to be at war with. Instead of alpha and beta, now it’s incel, simp, chad. The internet “alphas” are the ones who deepen this loneliness the most — or the ones who profit from it the most.
I know the alpha myth has been debunked, but some people still haven’t heard. And the same people who used to hand out advice to “betas” as “alpha” males are now clouding young men’s minds with other hollow claims, pushing them into loneliness, and making money off it.
A simple question: if all women are the devil, how are you going to build a family?
“Not all of them. Don’t generalize.” When you say that in response to a misogynist argument, they dodge the question, or they just say “fuck off, simp!” If they’re all the same, seriously, how are you going to have a relationship?
Some of them dream of locking women in the house. Breeding women. I have two questions for them:
- Wouldn’t it bother you to see your wife, the mother of your children, treated like breeding stock?
- You, the one dying in workplace accidents in the male-dominated society we live in right now — do you really think that in this “utopia” you’d be handed a woman, or that your seed is the one that would get used?
Don’t make me laugh.
Traditional Families
I live in a one-bedroom flat. My salary barely covers the rent on this tiny place. The economy is shit anyway. inflation is through the roof. forget a child’s school costs — one person, me, has to go easy on the grocery bill. So is the reason I can’t get married and have a kid a woman who joined the workforce and stands on her own feet? A woman like that isn’t an obstacle, she’s a lifeline.
These alphas, always going on about the traditional family, always lamenting the collapse of society, are the ones increasing male loneliness. They’re breaking the dynamics that hold people together. I’ll keep saying it: their aim isn’t to offer a solution, it’s to sell a product. And if there’s no product on the table, I hope I don’t need to remind you that the product is you — your likes, your subscriber count, their ad revenue.
“All women care about is your wallet.” How empty is that sentence? They’re talking about all women. ALL. If that were true, no man could ever build a happy home. Because ALL women are the same.
I’m not even getting into the contradictions. If what women want is our wallets, why is a working woman a threat?
Their arguments are so illogical… But they market that illogic so well that nobody questions it. A man sees it the first time and hits like. The second time he leaves a supportive comment. The third time he’s part of the herd. Welcome to the lonely men’s club.
The club’s first rule is: don’t ask questions.
Because if you ask questions, you look for a solution. And if you find the solution, you’re not lonely, you don’t join the group, and you don’t buy the product.

Feminism
This isn’t a piece defending women. It’s about male loneliness and the parasites who feed on it. Interestingly, there are similar parasites on the women’s side. In one harassment case, for example, we saw some so-called feminist groups ignore what happened because of the harasser’s political position, and even accuse the woman of being a whore.
Online men’s advocacy is always set up against feminism. They claim feminism is hatred of men (ignoring examples like the one above), and that this is men’s biggest problem. It’s the easiest way to keep male followers permanently angry and keep them clicking “subscribe.”
The algorithm rewards engagement. Anger is the cheapest kind of engagement there is. So it’s become normal for this stuff to be the first thing we see the moment we go online. Men’s problems aren’t small. That’s exactly why I’m writing this. It’s easy to churn out content about these problems in every livestream, every YouTube video, every book, every tweet. But none of it produces a solution. Somehow it always ties the issue back to women, to foreign powers, or to history. In other words, to things that keep you from taking any concrete action.
By foreign powers I don’t mean conspiracy theories. I’m not denying the effect of political events or foreign policy. I’m just asking why the politicians in your own country aren’t solving your problems.
Maybe it’s because we’re aiming our anger at women instead of at them?
What’s even more interesting is that these aren’t only men’s problems. They’re human problems. Women have workplace accidents too. But because there are more men in the workforce, and of course because men do the dangerous jobs, their numbers are higher.
Of course nobody cares about that. The alpha guy ignores the dead and the injured and argues that women in the workforce are leaving men unemployed. He has no evidence. No research. Just inference. And no proposals either, like “let’s outwork women and take their jobs,” or “let women stay home and we’ll work like slaves to support them.” Just pointing at a target.
Nobody cares about your safety at work. Nobody cares about the psychological pressure you’re under. And pointing all of this at women pulls everyone away from the actual issue. Is occupational health and safety a matter for women? Or for bosses and inspectors?
Wrong targets you can vomit your anger at. And in return, subscriptions, followers, sponsorships…
You’ll never see an alpha talk about politicians’ bad policies or employers’ greed. What you’ll see instead are the people I call “politics streamers.” They talk politics nonstop but never cure anything. They never invite their “followers” to take a concrete step. They don’t call for protests or boycotts. They just talk politics and make predictions, over and over. Their wrong predictions get deleted, their right ones get saved by their fans and presented as fulfilled prophecies when the time comes. A different flavor of the entertainment industry. A subject for another post.
I want to ignore these engagement lunatics and look at the real problems of men — of people, really — and at who is actually responsible for them. So: what fraction of your salary is your rent? How many hours a week do you work? Or how long have you been unemployed, and who were you told was to blame for it?
To these people, you’re just a number. A view count, a like count, a community count, and of course, a customer count.
